Connect Auto Glass Inc ("Connect Auto Glass", "we") operates connectautoglass.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email if you give it, vehicle details and the service you need.
How we use it
To respond to your request, give you a quote, schedule and complete your service, work with your insurance company on a claim you ask us to handle, and follow up on your job, including asking for a review.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send texts about your quote, appointments, arrival times, your job, review requests and occasional offers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Google Analytics and Google Ads (through the Google tag) measure how visitors use the site and which ads bring them here. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from people, not bots. The map on our pages is provided by Google Maps. These services may set cookies or collect your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them, though the quote form may ask you to complete a quick check.
Data security
Our website runs only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Quote requests are stored with service providers that protect data with industry-standard security, and access is limited to the Connect Auto Glass staff who need it to answer your request and do the work. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with your insurance company or claims administrator when you ask us to handle a claim, and with service providers who help us run our business, such as our scheduling and messaging software, who may use it only to provide those services to us.
